You can get on the Elite group if you are a Pro player or coach (or high level official) or neet some other criteria
But no worries. Most other posters can be moved to Regular Member group aftet about 10 or so posts or if you are well known in other table tennis forums or in table tennis circles. Your posts will also appear immediately without waiting for admin approval.

In general posts from new members will not appear immediately in the forum
This is set up this way to block spam posts such as (illegal) product sales or non-table-tenis without permision etc.
But iocTT.com forum does not censor any posts and violate your free speech rights
