There are limits on the thickness of the rubber only but contrary to popular myth, there are no limits on the thickness or width or length (height) of a blade or the width & length of a rubber in tabletennis

However to measure blade width & height accurately (as if it matters) use the following LOL

300 mm is a feet and covers all blades.
The smaller ones did not work for large blades
