Does anyone know what Liu Guoliang used for his forehand (click link >) wide or stiff pips , before and after ?

The infamous pip density reduction regulation of 2004 (at the height of the Scholer / Sharara terror regime against pips) that reduced the maximum allowed pip density from 50 pips per square cm down to 30 (a whopping 40% reduction).

Before this change Liu Guoliang supposedly used TSP Spinpips (original version) (click link >) wide or stiff pips

After this change Liu Guoliang supposedly used Stiga Clippa (click link >) wide or stiff pips

That is interesting because I think spin pips is horizontally aligned but Stiga Clippa is vertically aligned.
