Almost all players think they qualify as two wing loopers , simply by using a spinny inverted dumb racket.

Simply using a spinny inverted dumb racket and just pushing and blocking does not qualify you as a 2 wing looper.

You need to have consistent powerful backhand loops similar to (if not better than) your forehand loops.

Probably 10% players at best can do this.

The rest 90% have been brainwashed by ITTF's coaches into joining the Top Spin Only Olympic table tennis (cult) religion
So what it essentially sort of means is that ITTF wants 90% of players to use spinny inverted dumb rackets though only 10% players can succeed as true two wing loopers LOL
