Which grip is best for me in table tennis

I asked few players about this
I get different answers.
Some say I should play penhold and others say I should play shakehand

What do you think ?

The best grip for you is what comes to you naturally and are comfortable with
The only way to tell is to experiment on an ongoing basis when you start in table tennis
Check out all 3 primary grips but there are many variations of this & there also many seemingly bizarre variations such pistol grip etc.

1. European grip (Also known as the shakehand grip or in China as horizontal grip)
2. Asian grip (Also known as the penhold grip or in China as vertical grip)
3. American grip (Mostly known as Seemiller grip)
