Anti is basically a dead piece of spinny inverted rubber .

AntiSpin is a gimmick rubber for Click link > Honorary Loopers
Now that Sabine Winter is winning, it is a fad now

Even the TOTALLY useless slim pips on ITTF LARC are better that any AntiSpin rubber
The dynamic range in terms of spin reversal , spin generation & disruption of even ITTF slim pips is far superior to any anti.

Slim or long pips OX is the only best rubber for amateurs as well as semi-pro & pro at the table blockers
(You do not want even 0.3 mm sponge).
Thick sponge may be useful for all round playing style

Only other situation where a thick sponge under long pips make sense is for semi-pro & pro (away from table) choppers
This sponge helps is absorbing the powerful top spins generated by common law illegal boosted raclest used by top loopers

Of course it is much harder to choose the right pips & learn to play with it than Anti

But if you insist , Dr.Neubauer ABS 3 & Barna Super Glanti are probably the best among dead inverted rubbers (so called frictionless anti)
