Should IgorPonger be banned from all tabletennis forums

I personally don't believe in censorship but do you think IgorPonger should be an exception?

It is ok if he posts lies and nonsense but the biggest problem I have is that he never engages in a debate to defend his position.
He just makes a post and never responds when challenged and simply moves on to post another fiction

I realize he is some actual person but all his posts look like they came from some sort AI bot
Even worse they seem to be not in English but gets translated making it look worse
I do not mean to make fun of anyone just because they are not fluent in another language but his weird choice English words (very rarely found in neither common nor literary usage) is actually sort of funny though.

If I was admin, I would delete a post from him initially after 10 days if he fails to respond to a reply to his post failing to engage in a meaningful debate.
Then I would give him a week for subsequent posts before deleting his post
Then I would give him 3 days
Then I would give him 1 day

He will get the message after a while
IMO it is the forum admins who are at fault by letting him go crazy without checks
