Re: USATT easy access links
I found the clubs page at USATT website utterly useless.
It seems half the clubs in USA are not affiliated or left and therefore not listed
I like these two below. Very easy to navigate with all info on same page
USATT clubs
Texas clubs with detailed analysis

The above page was updated today May 30 , 2026 after USATT transitioned from Simply Compete to JustGo for membership services
The list above includes some hidden or indirect links
There are still quite a few Simply Compete links left.
It is not my job to test & QA their entire website (unless of course if USATT wants to pay me LOL)

In general, the rankings are considered to be kind of inverse of the ratingsSpin Queen wrote: ↑May 31st, 2026, 2:48 am Is there a difference between ranking and rating

Foe instance, the player with the lowest ranking number #1 (the highest ranked player) would have the most rating points
So your real ranking is what is shown on the rating page
But USATT created a new pretentious useless confusing ranking system based on level of participation.
It is sort of a participation trophy. The more you play it seems like you get to keep a higher ranking.
But the fact is that rankings are meaningless unless you are pro player with state or national or global rankings but mostly based on ratings
Rankings don't mean much to a club player unless they have a club ranking system of sorts
IMO USATT should trash the fake ranking nonsense.
It would be far more beneficial to have doubles ratings (men , women & mixed) like ITTF does
This may help towards attracting or retaining more members
There are lots of players out there who hate to be rated individually because of the stigma attached to it.
But many may join if there was a doubles rating system as well
This would have been harder before because processing would have been expensive
But with arrival of AI , it may be easier now
