All Virginia Sung needs to is to prove that she is not a Chopper Judas like Eberhard Scholer or Adham Sharara
Heck I will donate $1000 to USATT if USATT will submit a proposal for ITFF AGM 2027 to just repeal the Durban 1998 Aspect Ratio Reduction chopper massacre regulation
Or I will donate $2000 to USATT if you will submit the a proposal to ITTF AGM 2027 to set a proper value close to what is fair for pips
1. Aspect Ratio fair value is 1.5 . But it is enough if you submit a proposal to just set it to only 1.3
2. The maximum allowed fair pip length to 1.5 pure cylinders only. But if your proposal submits for only 1.3 mm that is good enough
3. ITTF still reserves the right to ban any individual pips if they are deception based and not back spin based (for choppers)
Note that I am offering to restrict the pip geometry to just a pure cylinder. Why ? Because this proves the ITTF’s (click link >) 14 rule and regulation changes since 1977 by the ITTF to severely limit the choppers in the current 40+ mm plastic ball only era only have partially something to do with deception & disruption. If ITTF wants to continue to claim that their changes had nothing to do with limiting choppers , they can EASILY prove it. But we all know this will NEVER happen because ITTF hates choppers just as much as disruption based block style players
Additionally I can donate $2000 more to USATT if Virginia Sung can push thru these changes at the ITTF council anytime. Keep in mind that the repeal of the 1998 Durban Aspect Ratio Reduction change was NOT a rule change it was a regulation change requiring only a 51% simple majority. The 1998 secret meeting in Durban was not an AGM or BGM . It was an EGM
So I think Virginia Sung as ITTF Executive vice president has the authority to call an ITTF EGM anytime & make regulation change repealing the 1998 regulation.
I will throw in an additional $1000 if Virginia Sung get the proposal at 2027 AGM to increase the maximum allowed pip length from the current 2.05 mm to 2.30 mm passed
Why am I offering $5000 confidently ? Though this is a genuine offer, because I know this will NEVER EVER happen. I am offering to prove my point that the (click link >) robotNazis controlled ITTF does not care about all spins diversity in table tennis. It only cares about protecting the interests of the illegally boosted top spin only Olympic table tennis.
I am even offering Aspect Ratio & pip length values less than what is fair for the 40+ mm plastic ball only era (only 1.3 that was before 1998 instead of a fair value of 1.5 & pip length of only 2.30 mm and not a fair length of 2.5 mm)

This is a genuine offer but void if prohibited by international or USA or other laws and or ITTF / IOC bye laws

Ok I am trolling & trash talking here just for fun. Though it is indeed true that I did beat you easily in 2 (of 3 then) games, you definitely were a better table tennis player than me in our prime. Though it is also true that if we played 10 times (in our prime) , I probably will beat you 6 or 7 times because of style match ups But I did enjoy your torturing Sean Lonergan & David Sakai many times (I think David always tried to expedite you) . And yes if we played today you probably will beat me rather easily because of my health limitations & age.

But my $5000 is still genuine. I think you should accept my offer or just resign your USATT & ITTF positions. Do you really think the robotNazis care about you ? SERIOUSLY ? Of course it was a case mutual exploitation between ITTF & Scholer & ITTF & Sharara. Unless you have similar plans in mind, you must resign.
