Random error "Too Many requests"

I am getting a "Too many requests" error occasionally at random point son this website
If I click around it does go away and I can continue using site normally
Is there a cure

It's usually just a brief server-side hiccup or a transient rate limit catching a minor burst of traffic (like a browser pre-fetching resources, a background AJAX call, or a quick automated ping) rather than a persistent bottleneck or attack.
