Sounds like a trick question to me.
Because there are no long pips rubbers on current ITTF LARC that are remotely useful in the 40+ plastic ball ONLY era.
You need a high aspect ratio super long pips,
Only rubber that comes close is Magic 77 available on Ali Express.
And there are no production blades from standard manufacturers that are designed for a modern defender.
Because you need a super large blade. Something like at least 170 mm by 170 mm.
Noone really underatnds this because everyone things the blade will be too heavy.
But since an amateur (rated below USATT 2200) should use ONLY OX long pips, the weight is not a problem.
And for pros, they can adjust. even with the thick sponeg they will need on long pips side.
I have explained in another post as to why pros need thick sponge LPs but amateurs MUST only use only OX
Also for a modern defender you probably should have an fast attacking forehand side (composite material) & a slow spinny high vibration defensive side for long pips sie
The only way you get such a blade is have a custom made one.
