IOC = International Olympic Committee
USOPC = US Olympic & ParaOlympic Committee
USATT = USA Table Tennis

USATT is in charge of IOC's version of TopSpin only TableTennis in USA.
USATT isthe national affiliate of ITTF

USOPC is the national affilaite of IOC

IOC , for all practical purposes controls ITTF just as USOPC controls USATT

As you can see above USOPC fired the entire board of directors of USATT in 2019 for misconduct.

FYI USOPC is to IOC just like what USATT is to ITTF

USOPC stands for United States Olympic & Paraolympic Committee

The Austrailan equivalent of USATT is Table Tennis Australia
The Austrailan equivalent of USOPC is

Austrailan Olympics Committee

The New Zealand equivalent of USATT is Table Tennis New Zealand

Is this an ongoing controversy ?
I read somewhere that the Chair of Board of Directors was illegally holding on to power after his term expired
Is this true ?

Is this also the case with CEO Virginia Sung as well ?
When does her term expire ?
No information is available on USATT website or byelaws about CEO length of term etc.

ITTF & its affiliates like USATT seem to be very good at hiding such information by proviing minimal transparency if any, to the players
