The point of the post if I'm readying correctly is that someone who is out of shape has very little skills and uses weird equipment can easily beat an athletic, skilled player. That is a very negative view of the sport IMO.

Which means that there will be a minimal standard of athleticism which will be according to your defintion.
And that does not include people who are overweight or disanled.
So that means that para players must be banned from table tennis and all other sport if they insist on using rubbers that match maximizes their playing skills just like you using boosted inverted. Even though boosting is unapproved by by ITTF rule 2.4.7 & also illegal under common law as defined by not me but by the ITTF
