You mean changing rule after rule 12 times since 1983-Click to open details to severely limit the pips but not ban pips / anti from ITTF completely ?

ITTF would love to ban all pips and anti
But ITTF is not stupid & they know better
They know this would result in dilution of control over table tennis because the pips / anti players would finally wake up to the truth and start their own separate association. Just like the robotNazis (who hace now have seized full control of the ITTF as of 1995) whp threateded to start their own separate association in 1995 if regluing ban by ITTF is not rpealed. ITTF repealed the ban in two months.
A separte assocition would also mean loss of funding from IOC & even expulsion of table tennis from Olympics.
