Not many choppers on top level but on club level there is enough.

How many clubs have you played worldwide ?
How much is enough ?
The problem with newbie choppers is as that they have been so thoroughly brainwashed by the robotNazis into believing that ITTF is a corruption free organization & it cares bout choppers & whatever rules ITTF makes is in the best interest of the sport.
Players like piligrim need to understand this simple fact
ITTF exists for one & only one reason. which is to serve the robotNazis
ITTF pretends like they care about all playing styles.
Fact is ITTF does not. ITTF would love to ban all pips & anti & also make spein gluing & boosting OFFICIALLY approved . It is unapproved per rule 2.4.7 of course but UNOFFICIALLY , boosting is approved by the ITTF as they do not test even at higher levels & do not test at all at lower levels...........it is like the ITTF saying that health of lower level players is not as important as pros.

ITTF had not banned pips and anti not because they believe in DEI (Diversity Equality Inclusion) . They don't . They pretend like they do but they don't give a damn. The only reason ITTF has not banned all pips & anti is because they do not want the pips players to go and start their own association like the robotNazis threatened to do in 1995 to get the spein glue ban repealed in a matter of months. ITTF does not want to lose total control of the sport and also los funding from IOC & lose other sponsorship revenue.
This is why ITTF has kept pips but change rule after rule to severely limit the capabilities of pips
