Again , better BH technique in what ? Looping ? Why do you think everyone should learn to loop using spinverted on their backhand & should not use long pips even if they are much better off chopping or blocking etc. & using the right rubber for it, which is long pips. ?Gozo Aruna wrote: on Thursday January 2 , 2025 at 6:51 AM #1
2. Learn better BH technique?
.
It does not matter how many coaching clinics a player attends or how many million YouTube videos a player watches.Gozo Aruna wrote: on Thursday January 2 , 2025 at 6:51 AM #1
Attend coaching clinics? Learn from 1,001 different YT TT gurus? But you are still back at square one?
.
The simple fact remains that 90% of humans have a weaker backhand especially for looping consistently or have a backhand that would be better for a different style of play such as chopping or blocking. Tennis ahs recognized this 650 years ago ad moved on to two handed backhands.
But the corrupt robotNazi controlled ITTF wants 80% players with no BH (loop) to suffer using spinverted for the convenience of 10% of players who have a solid BH (loop) . This is brilliant brainwashing by the robotNazi controlled ITTF & you and most of players are victims of this brainwashing
You see , this is how the ITTF brainwashed players . No matter how bad your backhand (loop) is , you should never use another type rubber that may suit your backhand style better.Gozo Aruna wrote: on Thursday January 2 , 2025 at 6:51 AM #1
So what is this option Nos. 3?
Old school classic non-tensor grippy Japanese rubber such as Sriver, Sriver Fx, Saphira or Flextra. Rubber that makes the ball go over the net, stay on the table and give your FH a fighting chance. Increased survivability so that your big guns can come out to play.
ITTF & the robotNazis like Gozo Aruna do not want to you understand the simple fact > Almost all players use spinverted at least on one side of their racket. So most players know how to play against any spinverted rubber much better than against any other type rubbers. So unless you can loop like mad using spinverted rubber it is is huge liability even on your forehand let alone being much much bigger liability on your backhand. So if you use even a rubber like Flextra or Sriver or even anti it is just a joke if you try to just keep the ball in play. Your opponent can routinely attack your backhand without thinking and annihilate you. But on the other hand if you use long pips , they will have to think or even try to avoid your backhand. But robotNazis like Gozo Aruna do not want this because it is a huge nuisance for them whether you are a long pips blocker or chopper. In other words you live in the world of robotNazis and you should play for their convenience . It is all about them because they control the ITTF.
No you cannot (block all day & night)Gozo Aruna wrote: on Thursday January 2 , 2025 at 6:51 AM #1
It is the middle ground, block all you want ( yes, you can do this all day & night )..
Also as I explained before since most players know how to play against spinverted much better than against long pips , they do not have to think. It is just business as usual.
Also every rubber in table tennis has a PRIMART purpose & that is why it exists.
The primary purpose of spinverted rubber of any kind, old or new, is NOT blocking , it is looping . For blocking on the forehand there is short pips. On backhand it is blocking type long pips (or at worst anti or medium pips). But definitely NOT spinverted.
Then again robotNazis do not want you to use your opponents to use anything other than spinverted because then you have to think………you do not want that nuisance do we ?
No they can’t .Not even younger strong players. It is not about old or young, It is just about human nature. Most humans just do not have a consistent backhand loop even weak brush loops. Again even if they do it is much easier for opponents to play against because most players know how to play against spinverted rubbers & they do not have to think. Again , of course this is what robotNazis like Gozo Aruna want .Gozo Aruna wrote: on Thursday January 2 , 2025 at 6:51 AM #1Or perhaps loop brush a slow spinny opening to break the rhythm? These old grandpa still has some fight in them.
It is all about their convenience.
