Is this open to anyone ?

Yes but you have to qualify for National games (held during odd years such as 2017, 2019, 2023 etc) from State level games (held during even years just before such as 2015, 2018, 2022 etc).

The National Games in 2025 will be held in Des Moines, You should hav elready qualified from state games in 2024 for 2025

There is a minimum age limit for all sports. I believe for most sports it is 50. Some sports may allow 40, I am not sure/
You compete in your age group like 50 to 54, 55 to 59, 60 to 64 and so on al the way up into 90's
There are individual & team sports.

For TableTennis there are no team events. Just Singles. Doubles (men or women) & Mixed Doubles in your age group.
