I remember reading somewhere on this forum that TTR for this is an ill conceived name
Because TTR is well established as Table Tennis Rating system in Germany

They could have come up with a better name
100 other names are possible

I would have chosen the most popular name from other sport
VAR in football (soccer) comes to mind
(I know I know football is moving to FVS but TTVS would be four letters if you want to use it)

Using the same name from a most popular sport would make it easy for everyone to understand
