I was told that only the rubbers listed on a document called ITTF LARAC are allowed in official ITTF tournaments
I found out that they used to update it every three months before 2025 but now they do it every year
But I also found out that they may update the LARC anytime without notifications
This sounds crazy because how do I know if can order a rubber

Re: Tracking changes to ITTF LARC
Great question
Here is one way to figure out but may not be always reliable
Take a look at the total number of rubbers shown at top left
See screenshot below
If that total changed (shows 1680 currently) then you know something changed
You will have to dig deep
Even if total stays same , there could be changes , such as 2 rubbers dropped but 2 rubbers added etc.
So there really is no way.
The best you you can do is make sure your rubber is listed on your day of the tournament before you head for the tournament.
But that is only if you are playing in an ITTF related tournament.

Re: Tracking changes to ITTF LARC
This is true because 2025 LARC releases were a complete disaster
In January 2025, there was an initial release and a roll back because they totally screwed up adding a column for sponge colors.
I see no many versions on internet if you Google for LARC 2025
Nothing is reliable
So any printed copy of a ALRC 2025 is TOTALLY useless
As you said , the best way is to look up for what is shown on the web.
ITTF refuses to give a clear explanation when they say
You can also take a look at the topic below
Confusing LARC release process
Good reason to play only in non-ITTF tournaments
