Sexist & pip-phobic coaching misconduct among Indian coaches?

I always wondered is this is a dirty secret of Indian coaches
All these coaches seem to do a great job of creating all spins players among women
So it is not like they are technically incompetent
But the one and only pips / anti global level player of sorts I can think of Sushmit Sriram
And the ONLY true last world class player was the chopper B.K.Arunkumar and that seems like centuries ago & noone even knows he existed
Do you think this is a calculated strategy among coaches because they think using pips is not macho?
Would it not boil down to sexism & pip-phobia & is TTFI is behind all this?
It only looks like they are steering away boys & young men away from pips
All this is is extremely difficult to prove but an investigation by some watchdog agency that gets to the bottom of this maybe warranted
