This is an interesting question because umpires & referees should be given the benefit of the doubt. There will always be bad cops but that does not make majority of other cops also bad but that is how it comes out.

The problem with this is the policing system of the ITTF is the cause of corruption & not the individual cops themselves (umpires & referess).
There will always be trigger happy cops no matter what.

The problem with system is the issue of zero chemical inspection of rackets of robotNazis (at lower levels)) versus aggressive visual inspection of spineless cowrds & honorary loopers at all levels
