Updated list of the 12 changes that were partially or fully aimed at limiting pips to speed up the extermination of choppers & other defenders or pips players.
The work is far from complete & ITTF hereby pledges to work harder on behalf of booster supremacists. working on further limits on pips & anti rubbers.

List shows 12 items :- But item 4 is just an FYI as it did not pass
1. 1983 : Initial ban on long pips by setting Maximum Allowed pip length at 2.0 mm
2. 1983 : Two color rubbers (Red / Black) rule
3. 1995 or before : Started use of Aspect Ratio (instead of pip length) to define separation of wide (-.89) & slim pips (1.3) to confuse & mislead pips players
4. Around 1990-1995 : Failed attempt by Swedish Association to mandate that the two side of a racket must have idenltical rubbers
5. 1995 : Repeal of Speed glue ban (within months of implementation)
6. 1998 : Durban Regulation to reduce the Aspect Ratio of pips from 1.3 to current 1.1
7. 2000 : Ball size increase from 38 mm to 40 mm
8. 2004 :Regulation to reduce maximum allowed pip distribution density from 50 to current 30 pips per sq.cm
9. 2008 : FPB (Frictionless pips ban)
10. 2008 : Fake ban on boosters to fool the IOC
11. 2014 : 40+ ball change from celluloid to plastic
12. 2022 : Total official ban on 40 celluloid balls

Even the most experienced players are aware of this level of oppression of pips / anti players because ITTF constantly uses disinformation campaigns to hide these rule & regulation changes
