I am chopping with my frictionless anti,
I do not know a top chopper using any anti (frictioned or frictionless) in the history of the sport
I do not think GregorTT425 has any clue as to anti or pips really works
Fritionless anti is just a gimmick rubber .Matt Pimple wrote:12 Nov 2024, 05:12
anti is really not made for it but primarily for blocking topspin at the table. .
It does exploit the fact that there is no COF minimu limit for anti kike the 0.5 limit for pips.
I wonder whatMatt Pimple will do when ITTF frops the hammer on FLP by invreasing COF to 0.5 (same as pips limit) for banning all FLP
Long pips are the only useful chopping rubber. Rest of the rubber typee such as ITTF-slim pips, anti or so called chopping wide pips are all useless dysfunctional social rubbers in the 40+ plastic ball only era. And you Matt Pimple have been brainwashed
First of all there is no "long" pips in ITTF table tennis.Matt Pimple wrote:12 Nov 2024, 05:12
If you like to chop away from the table long pips (heavy spin) or classic/grippy anti (safe, spin variations possible) are much better options.
The so called "long" pips deceptively listed as "long" are actully just slim pips that are dysfunctional social rubbers in the 40+ plastic ball only era.
However even these useless slim pips are better than so calld frictioned (classic / grippy) anti
How many top choppers in history from the day of introduction of anti , do you know used these classic antis ?
If you want to call the claasic antis to be grippy, you are clueless
