This evening I will be off to see how the Viscaria G09C and Dornenglanz continues to work for us and let you know if I have avoided the evil EJ for now (he can never truly be vanquished).
There are no LONG pips in Olympic ( ITTF ) TableTennis .
ITTF banned "long" pips in 1983 & confirmed it again 1998 & again in 2004 (and partially confirmed it 9 other times. If you want the full story Click here)
I admit I ws stupid myself for being brainwashed 4 times by the ITTF in the last 50 years
I also believed there are long pips in Olympic ( ITTF ) TableTennis till only this yesr. Stupid ignorant me
So believe me when I say there are zero long pips Olympic ( ITTF ) TableTennis
As far as Viscaria it is obviouslly a great blade for two winged loopers but it is pure garbage for smart racket players
In summary Butterfly makes zero blades or rubbers for defensive players (whether at the table block defender or awaty from the table chopper) .
Butterfly (or any other standard production blade manufacturer for that matter, except may be Dr.Neubauer & Hallmark & few Chinese blades that too are strictly for block defenders & not choppers ) have remotely any clue about the blade as well rubber needs of defenders in the 40+ plastic ball era. But in all fairness, it is also true that major part (but not all) of this issue are the severe limits set by the ITTF on defenders over and over like 12 times since 1983 as explained in this web page ) . So I cannot totally blame these manufacturers for not wasting time with defender blades given that ITTF has totally exterminated choppers at least on male side & working on women's side
