Use of racket steroids is "illegal" under common law

There is continuing and ongoing confusion about the use of performance enhancing racket steroids such as spoosters & spin glues in table tennis.
To be very clear, any such use of these racket steroids for performance enhancement of a player's racket such as use of steroids for performance enhancement has been deemed healthy under Rule 2.4.7 & Regulation 3.4.2.2 of the ITTF primarily due to health concerns FIRST and secondarily related to gaining unfair & unapproved (by Rule 2.4.7 & Regulation 3.4.2.2) advantage by any such use of racket steroids
