I do not need it. So I do not know from my personal experience
But I was told it is not supposed to last more than 4 hours.

Anyway Tyce, boosting & spein gluing is unapproved under ITTF Rule 2.4.7 and Regulation 3.4.2.2
More importantly , boosting & spein gluing is illegal & potentially criminal under common law
